If you plan to visit the place directly from outside Puerto Rico, it is best to get here from the Ponce Mercedita Airport (PSE) which is just about 3 miles from the hotel. The main San Juan airport, the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), on the other hand, is 90 miles from the hotel.

With a pleasantly courteous and professional staff from bellhops, reception clerks to the chambermaids, all 77 guest rooms are comfortably appointed to give visitors a familiar feeling of being at home with all the latest dwelling comforts and conveniences like cable TV, a bathroom with hairdryer, and iron with ironing board. Pets are allowed and all rooms are non-smoking. There are special rooms specifically designed for easier access among disabled and wheelchair-bound guests.
The hotel also offers several facilities and services to meet the demands of busy business and leisure travelers. It offers a business center with several conference rooms and a small outdoor swimming pool with a corner waterfall where the entire family can enjoy a more relaxing moment after a day of shopping or in the beach. There are no valets and paid self-parking is observed. The fourth floor has a restaurant where you get your free continental breakfast and where hotel banquets and parties are held.
